Black Family "Serve A" (Part 1)

1.(For the sake of using one term during the survey the word Black is being used to describe
our target population for this survey.) In one sentence or less how do you describe your
identity or nationality?

2. What do you believe is the best way to educate Black children?

3. What do you believe is the best way to deal with the imprisonment of
Black men, women, and children?

4. Is there a way for Black people to control their own economic agenda in
America or anywhere else?

5. What is the best way to deal with healthcare for Black people?

6. Do you support Black owned communications outlets (Radio, T.V., Internet, newspapers, etc.)?
If so, who?

7. Do you support Black non-profit and/or self help organizations?
If so, who?

8. Do you have a solution for the high gas prices that we are paying at gas stations?

9. Do you have connections with someone that is willing to contribute money, resources, and
and time to eradicate any particular community problems or interested in supporting any
particular cutting edge programs for community upliftment?

10. Do you see your GOD in your own image?
Do you attend a place of worship that depicts a god or savior that does not look Black?
Does it matter to you?

11. What are the top three most important issues for Black people to concentrate on in 2008?

12. What career fields should we steer our youth and young professionals toward in 2008 and beyond?

13. What role do you play as an individual when it comes to contributing to helping the Black community
reach the highest potential possible?
